COVID-19 Information
Dear Tenants and Clients,
We would like to inform you about the measures we are taking in response to the COVID 19 epidemic. We are constantly reviewing our policy and procedures in line with the recommendations of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH). Our priority is to ensure that our tenants and employees remain safe and healthy.
Our cleaning staff have been instructed to pay special attention to potential sources of infection in common areas (e.g. door handles, lift buttons and equipment in the laundry rooms) and to clean them regularly with disinfectant detergents.
In order to adhere to the recommendations on social distance, the regular weekly cleaning services in the apartments have been reduced to a minimum until further notice. Fresh bed linen and towels are delivered to the apartments once a week.
In addition and whenever possible, we interrupt appointments and other planned activities that require our employees or third parties to enter the apartments. If this is not possible, the tenants will be informed in advance. All our employees have been advised to work from home and have been instructed to limit personal contact with clients to telephone and e-mail.
Our customer service is working as usual and will remain at your disposal as before. Feel free to contact us via phone or email if you have any questions or encounter any issues related to the current situation.
