1. What does the service include?
The following service is naturally included and dealt with by our staff in a timely and reliable fashion: Weekly cleaning of your apartment, change of bed linen and towels. For your private laundry you will find a washing machine and dryer either in the apartment or in the building, which you can use 24/7 free of charge. A fast WiFi is at your free disposal and the flat screen TV offers you entertainment with international channels. Upon request and subject to availability, we can also arrange a nearby parking space for you to rent. A detailed list of all our services can be found here.
2. How can I check the availability of an apartment?
If you want to check the availability of a specific apartment, please contact us directly for that apartment. We will also be pleased to send you a list of all available apartments if you are considering different apartments for rent.
3. Can I visit the apartment before booking?
Yes of course, you are welcome to view each apartment before your booking. Feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail to arrange an appointment.
4. How can I book an apartment?
If you have decided to book an apartment with us, please contact us by phone or e-mail. Initially we will send you an offer for the apartment. After submitting the required documents (copy of your identity card), we will then issue a rental agreement directly to you.
5. How much is the deposit?
The deposit is equal to one month’s rent including service costs. Please note that all prices published on our website already include the service costs.
6. When is the check-in / check-out time?
The check-in time is at 3:00 pm. You can also check in later due to the 24/7 check-in service. The checkout time is possible until 10:00 am at latest and also possible on a 24/7 basis. If you would like to have a late check-out, please contact us so that this possibility can be checked with the availability.
7. Can I check in/out to my apartment 24/7?
Yes, you can check in and out 24/7 as long as the check-in and check-out times are kept to.
8. Is it possible to receive guests?
Yes, you are welcome to receive guests in your apartment. If you need additional bed linen and towels for guests, you can let us know by phone or e-mail. It is also possible to request an additional bed. In this case we ask you to contact us as early as possible. Please note that these services may i cause additional costs.
9. On which day does the cleaning of my apartment take place?
The cleaning day differs between the different properties and apartments, but always takes place from Monday to Friday starting at 09:00 am. You will be informed of the corresponding cleaning day when you receive your check-in information.
10. Do I have to be on site for the cleaning of my apartment?
No. You do not need to be on site during the cleaning of your apartment.
11. How can I extend my rental contract?
If you wish to extend the contract, please notify us briefly by e-mail. All our tenants benefit from the possibility to extend the rental agreement up to two weeks before the initial end of the rental period.
12. How can I cancel my rental contract?
If you do not wish to extend your contract, it will be automatically terminated at the time of the expiry of your rental agreement. We appreciate your timely notification of your check-out date.
